SMUG's 5th installment finds Helm delving into driving rhythms, lyrics that question authority, spoken words of personal empowerment and ambient textures. Only common denominator being heavy bass. In times of isolation and desperation, art always finds a way. "Unf*ckwithable" is a testament to the human spirit in that in light of what ever is happening, one needs to dig deep (and scream) and harness the truth and creative spirit that lies within us all. This record was recorded and mixed without multiple overdubs. The occasional flaws bear witness to truth, immediacy and the power of the moment that lies within us all. Meant to be played loud on speakers, NOT A PHONE!
